FRS Transportation utilizes strict mandatory requirements for pre-employment of all employees.

A criminal background check is performed by contacting the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation (BCII). No one is hired who has an arrest record of any kind.

A driving record background check is performed by contacting the Ohio Department of Public Safety Bureau of Motor Vehicles for an Abstract Driving Record Check. No one is hired with a DUI or is guilty of a major at-fault accident.

  • Confidentiality/HIPPA Compliancy (yearly)
  • Bloodborne Pathogens (yearly)
  • Cultural Diversity (yearly)
  • Dual Relationships (yearly)
  • CPR/First Aid/AED (every 2 years)
  • National Safety Council's Defensive Driving
    (every 3 years)
  • DRIVE: Transporting Older and Disabled Passengers (every 3 years)
